Answers to Our Issues or Questions in Our Bible—R Fritz

We have an opportunity to get answers to our questions if we open our Bible instead of depending on somebody else. We should listen to the Holy Spirit and open the Bible because the Holy Spirit will show us where to go. Questions that I asked and were not answered right away I forgot about and the next time I opened the Bible and was looking for another answer I found the answer for the question from before. We just need to show some initiative and do something such as opening the Bible and trying to read or study it. I believe people are overwhelmed when they look at the Bible. I do not guarantee anything, but I will say that if we show that initiative the Holy Spirit will not let us down and we will find what we are looking for. Romans 8:25-27 says “But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Likewise, the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities (weaknesses) for we know not which we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered. And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.” The Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we feel we cannot pray for us. The Holy Spirit teaches us we can do as we are asked. When we do not know what to pray, we need to ask God what we need or what we need to do.

We need to take responsibility for where we are in life or our failures because we have a God who wants us to succeed. We need to do life God’s way with the Holy Spirit being our teacher. We had a chance to run our life as we wanted with our best results, expecting better results without change will not happen. We learned we can do better with Jesus helping to make us successful with his wisdom instead just trusting in ourselves. We should have learned our lesson by looking back and looking at what now we see with the possibilities of success, that is the hope showing through. It is the positive attitude the Holy Spirit gives us to believe in ourselves and giving anybody that same hope and to give rise to others who believe. Every day should give us that hope of seeing or doing something different. Whether yesterday was a bad day or good day, every morning should be a fresh start with yesterday gone and today with many new possibilities. That is what is so exciting knowing Jesus and his possibilities for us. We choose our direction where we go, the Holy Spirit adds the people, time, and place. The interaction comes from us with the Holy Spirit whispering in our ears. Our interaction with other people provides answers to questions with us being able to check interaction with prayers and getting back into the Bible.

The other thing we have is the Holy Spirit is the check in our spirit where we hear things and when things do not look or sound good, we are given a way to check things out biblically. We were given an arsenal of tools to know what is right. It lands on us to take what we hear or see and decide immediately or to take information to check it out later so when we hear something we do not judge it in the flesh and throw it away without thoroughly checking it out. I listen to many people who tell me things and the first time hearing them I might think they are wrong; I keep what was said until I get a chance to check out what was said going over it with the Holy Spirit. I do not throw out what I hear automatically. 1 Corinthians 2:14-16 says “But the natural man receiveth not the things of the Spirit of God: for they are foolishness unto him: neither can he know them, because they are spiritually discerned. But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man. For whom hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.” Look at what the Lord has given those that are spiritual (have the Holy Spirit) judging all things with no man judging us as we are being instructed by the Holy Spirit. We do what we are instructed to and obey what we are told.

We have so many answers to our questions in the Bible which points us back to the Holy Spirit. It is what I want to show people so they can find their answers so I can help those who are not able to help themselves. Many people believe they cannot do things or God does not hear their prayers or answer them. They have no confidence and cannot see themselves winning at anything. I had a confidence problem because I was listening to people years back and not getting God’s truth myself out of the Bible. When I started getting the God’s truth that changed my confidence level and to believe in myself. Pretty soon people were asking me to pray for other people after they told me my prayers that I prayed for them were answered. We must believe in ourselves for confidence, it starts with hope, faith then belief which requires our action. We must know and understand that the Holy Spirit will be our voice and if the Holy Spirit is our mind and voice, we have everything we need to help those around us. Luke 12:11-12 says, and this is Jesus’ speaking “And when they bring you unto the synagogues and unto magistrates, and powers, take ye no thought how or what thing ye shall answer, or what ye shall say: For the Holy Ghost shall teach you in the same hour what ye ought to say.”  The Holy Ghost is that mind and voice that will teach us what to say when we need the right thing said. I learned that years ago that I did not need to think about things before I was sent somewhere by the Holy Spirit. This is where we need to trust the Holy Spirit and know he will give us the words we need to say to whoever we are supposed to talk to.

We are the Holy Spirit’s eyes, ears and voice with answers that come at the right time for us according to the Holy Spirit and not necessarily when we want them. Study the Bible to become the person that can teach others to become teachers for others. God Bless.
